    In today's daily life, we often consume things that are not good for our bodies, and our bodies are unable to digest them, leading to acne. Foods like refined flour products, excess oil, spices, and fast food can cause this.

  1. Drink Plenty of Water
    Drinking enough water will help alleviate dehydration in your body, preventing acne.

  2. Avoid Sugar, Dairy Products, Meat, and Oily Foods
    Avoid foods like sugar, dairy, non-vegetarian items, and oils (such as almond oil or other cosmetic products) that may trigger acne.
  3. Rosewater, Lemon, and Glycerin Mixture
    Massage your face with a mixture of rose water, lemon, and glycerin. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then wash your face with clean water.

  4. Neem Paste
    Take 10-12 soft neem leaves and grind them with Multani mitti (Fuller's Earth) and turmeric to make a paste. Use this paste to wash your face for three days.
